Publisher Description:

The late Pastor Collin Cole accepted Jesus Christ as his personal Savior at age sixteen. He was called into the ministry three years later. The anointing of the Lord upon his life resulted in him serving in several leadership positions, both at the local and national levels. His dynamic and budding ministry was recognized by the leadership of the Church of God of Prophecy, Jamaica, and he was awarded a scholarship to pursue theological studies and ministerial training at Tomlinson College in the United States. Graduating in 1981 he felt the urging of the Lord to return to Jamaica to serve in Evangelism.

He was appointed to serve as National Evangelism Director from 1983 to 1986 as well as in 1993. In the 1980's, he introduced a "Volunteer for Jesus" programme, which resulted in a number of communities receiving the gospel and several volunteers identified and released into their ministerial calling and gifting. He ministered in Jamaica, the United Kingdom, Canada and the United States of America.

It was in 1993 while serving in the capacity of National Evangelism Director, Jamaica, that he conducted a 3-week crusade in the Westchester Community, Portmore. This led to the establishment of the Church of God of Prophecy, Westchester, on Jan 16, 1994 (rebranded Faith Walk Church of God of Prophecy, since 2014). He was appointed Pastor, a position he held until his death in 2011.

His many years of committed service have yielded a vast store of practical experiences which served to enrich his book, which was first published in 1993. At the time of his death, he was happily married for thirty six years and blessed with five wonderful children; three boys and two girls, now grown adults.

His wife, Valrie, who served as co-pastor, as he courageously, continued to fulfill God's mandate while being challenged with a stroke that affected the right side of his body, has taken the initiative to get this book, Evangelism Made Simple, republished based on its demand. She hopes that you will find the experience of reading it, both inspiring and richly rewarding.
