Isaac Asimov (1920-1992) was born in the Soviet Union and came to the United States in 1923. He earned his PhD in chemistry in 1948, and in 1958 became a full-time writer. His writings include the Foundation Trilogy; I, Robot; Tomorrow's Children; and numerous works of nonfiction touching on a range of scientific topics. Among his accolades are six Hugo awards, a SFWA Grand Master Award, and high praise from such luminaries as Kurt Vonnegut, Arthur C. Clarke, and Gene Roddenberry.

Bova, Ben: -

Ben Bova was born in Philadelphia and received his doctorate in education from California Coast University in 1996. The author of over 120 futuristic novels and nonfiction books, he has also been a radio commentator, editor, lecturer, and aerospace industry executive. His articles, opinion pieces, and reviews have appeared in Scientific American, Nature, the New York Times, the Wall Street Journal, and many other publications. His work has earned six Hugo Awards. He received the Lifetime Achievement Award of the Arthur C. Clarke Foundation in 2005, and his novel Titan won the John W. Campbell Memorial Award for the best science fiction novel of 2006.

Vance, Jack: -

Jack Vance (1916-2013) published his first story, The World Thinker, in 1945 and has since written over sixty books. Best known as a science fiction and fantasy writer, Vance has won several awards in those genres, including the World Fantasy Award for Lifetime Achievement and a number of Hugo Awards. He also wrote under the pseudonyms Ellery Queen, Peter Held, John Holbrook, John van See, and Alan Wade.

He has narrated titles for Audible Studios, Tantor Media, and an extensive body of self-produced work for ACX. As an actor, he has worked in various productions with the St. Joseph Academy Theater Company for the past few years and has studied and worked with voice-over and acting coaches such as Marla Kirban and Jayme Mattler. In addition to acting, Angelo is an accomplished pianist and composer, and regularly tours with his various projects.Vietor, Marc: -

Marc Vietor, an AudioFile Earphones Award-winning narrator, is an actor working with the Eugene O'Neill Theater Center, Sundance Theatre Lab, Ravinia Festival, Royal Shakespeare Company, The Old Globe, and many others. Oliver Wyman is an actor and award-winning audiobook narrator. He has won five Audie Awards from the Audio Publisher's Association, fourteen Earphone Awards, and two Listen Up Awards from Publisher's Weekly. He was named a 2008 Best Voice in Nonfiction & Culture by AudioFile magazine. He has appeared on stage as well as in film and television, and he is a veteran voice actor who can be heard in numerous cartoons and video games. He is one of the founders of New York City's Collective Unconscious theater, and his performances include the award-winning reality play Charlie Victor Romeo and A. R. McElhinney's cult classic film A Chronicle of Corpses.
