Publisher Description:
In August 2014 I started a set of three spiritual hypnotherapy sessions which included past life regression and spiritual communication with various entities whilst in a state of being known as 'life between lives'. I had never been previously hypnotised and so it was all a new and exciting experience for me. Two of these sessions were recorded; the other was not and is compiled from notes and memory. The discussions held during the sessions are quoted verbatim (from the recordings) and as accurately as possible (from the notes) to form the factual basis of the book. Also included are my comments composed of my thoughts at the time of the sessions, which were recorded in my journal, and my subsequent comments added once I had started to compile the session recordings and the notes into this book. During the whole process I have made every endeavour to maintain a detached situation. The content of the discussions was, in my opinion, quite outstanding; and I say this with no intent as to taking credit. Of course the book contains information which is quite personal and thus of limited value to another, but I left this in, in regards to authenticity. More significantly though there is a considerable amount of more general discussion, which is why I have chosen to publish. The information does not come from me (Ken) but comes through me from various entities with whom Nino (the hypnotist) and I talk. It is my honest intent to do no more than pass on the content of the discussions with my added comments and thoughts for the readers information. What you make of it all is up to you. But I can say these sessions have had a significant impact on my thoughts regarding what our existence in what we call reality actually is I ask only that you keep an open mind. Ken
