Publisher Description:

These poems are written for the hearts of weeping mothers, for a grieving soul, for a lost friend, for a broken heart, for a mama's baby boy, for a lonely child. As you read the words of these poems, it might bring thoughts into your mind; it might be about a child that is gone or a love one or just a broken heart. Sometimes thoughts or words from someone else can ease your pain and dry your tears away.

Contributor Bio(s): Edwards, Shirley: - Shirley Ann Reaves Edwards, Author of Don't Praise Me, Praise God, Sister Mary and Pastor Bernie, and Brothel. She was born in Palatka, Florida. Where still lives in her family's home out in the country. She has two children, three grandsons and one granddaughter that she loves so dearly. I was inspired by my grandkids to start writing children books, which I am in the progress of finishing three Children's books. I really enjoyed writing. I thank God, for giving me the passion and ability to sit down to write some encouraging poems to help someone or just inspire someone. Writing is a quiet relaxing time for me, I might sit in a quiet room or on a broken step, just searching my surrounding area for a piece to write. It could be a bird flying across the sky, or a rabbit hopping through the yard, or a baby crying for his Mother. A piece of writing can turn into the most beautiful piece that you could imagine reading. I will continue to write as many book as I can and hoping and praying that one of my books will inspire someone when they have reached a moment in their life that everything's seems to be heading the wrong way. I will trust, and believe in God. I learn to lean and depend on my heavenly father.
