Publisher Description:

Hello, my name is Ramsey Bradley, MS, developer of the "Prevent Bullying Program"; An All Inclusive Teaching Program for Teachers, Therapists, and Facilitators. Throughout my many years of experience working with school aged children and their families, I have observed that incidents of bullying are becoming more frequent occurrences for many children at school and in their communities. Moreover, children struggle with name-calling, with being picked upon, and with exclusion from their peer group. Frequently, those children who are bullied do not know how to respond to this aggressive behavior. Likewise, bullied children fear coming to school, and they believe school to be an unsafe and distressing place.

A safe and caring school is one in which there is deep personal commitment to the core social values of justice, respect, and compassion. Children must be able to observe and encounter these values in action in their daily lives, especially in the school setting. Increasingly, teachers and administrators believe that the milieu in which children learn makes a critical contribution to the quality of their education.

It is the intent and aim of the "Prevent Bullying Program", to primarily address to educators who want to expand their efforts to create conditions through which children respect and support one another. It provides important information about the nature of bullying, the common myths and stereotypes associated with bullying.

In closing, I would like to personally thank you for your time and consideration in choosing the, "Prevent Bullying Program". In the meantime, should you have any questions, please feel free to contact me personally.

Best regards,

Ramsey Bradley, M.S.
