"One of the things I miss the most at our Family Reunions are Deviled Eggs. My mother used to make them all the time when we were kids, then later in life they became a staple at get-togethers, special occasions, and holidays. Many of the recipes we grew up with as children are being left by the wayside as time marches on. All too often our ancestors stored recipes in their minds, rather than on cards. When they pass, those recipes often pass right along with them, never to be seen or tried again. I know I have been unfortunate enough to lose several heirloom recipes along the way.
