The CEA was measured and found out to be elevated in 44% of patients with patients of of breast cancer .CEA showed equal specificity and lower sensitivity compared with CA15-3 (2) A method of IRMA for cytosolic CEA was developed and found to be suitable assesment in mammary tumors .(3) A method was developed for purification and identification of human CEA from metastatic tumor (4)A new method of solid phase radioimmuno assay was established to measure CEA in sera |
