Contributor Bio(s): Grant, Stephen: - Stephen Grant is an experienced family lawyer, specializing in complex financial cases. He has appeared in courts across the country as well as the Supreme Court of Canada. Along with his counsel practice, he acts as a mediator/arbitrator in family and estates matters. Stephen is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers and Editor of the ACTL Journal. He is also a Fellow of the International Academy of Trial Lawyers and the International Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers (of which he was the first Canadian Chapter President). Stephen is the Editor of the Advocates' Journal, the main publication of the Advocates' Society, the Editor-in-Chief of the Ontario Reports and co-author of Lawyers' Professional Liability, now in its third edition. Stephen also contributes the occasional travel article to the Globe and Mail. |
