Morton is an Executive Fellow at the School of Public Policy and Professor Emeritus in the Department of Political Science at the University of Calgary. From 2004-2012 he was a member of the Legislative Assembly of Alberta during which he served as a cabinet minister for Energy, Finance, and Sustainable Resources. |
