Rickman is the former staff director for the Subcommittee on Oversight and Investigations of the U.S. House of Representative's Committee on International Relations. He was Legislative Director for former United States Senator Alfonse D'Amato, and also directed the Senate Banking Committee's Swiss Bank Inquiry from its inception in 1995 to its conclusion in 1998. |
