Mr. Millbower is a Professor at Southern College, Orlando, FL. and President of Offbeat Training, Inc.Parkin, Margaret: - Margaret Parkin has a Master's degree in Training and Development and a Master Practitioner qualification in Neurolinguistic Programming.
