Law School, where he teaches an advanced course in the Federal Rules of Evidence. He also has participated in many continuing education programs and has taught in the Harvard Law School trial practice course from 1974 through 1983. He is past president of the District of Columbia Bar and of the Bar Association of the District of Columbia. He served as chairman of the Local Rules Committee of the U. S.
