Contributor Bio(s): Ramos, Lisa Peek: - Lisa Peek Ramos is a descendant of some of the first settlers to the area. Several buildings, locations, and businesses still bear her family name. Her grandmother founded the Magnolia History Society, which just celebrated its 25th anniversary, and donated much of the society s holdings from her personal collection. Ramos is married and has two children. |
