Allan currently lives in St Paul with his family and dog, Ty, who keeps him company while he writes children's books.Oblinger, Mark: - Mark Oblinger is an award-winning songwriter, composer, producer, and performer. He cowrote and produced the Grammy-nominated children's jazz symphony JumpinJazz Kids: A Swinging Jungle Tale and has won five Heartland Emmy Awards for his work as a composer/producer for the PBS children's show The Big Green Rabbit and the short films Yesterday's Zoo and The Sea I See. She attended Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, as a fine arts major and then moved to New York's School of Visual Arts, where she received her degree in illustration and cartooning. In between, she sold ice cream at Disney World and ran errands for MTV. After graduation, she worked at Marvel Comics as a production assistant where she met her lovely husband. After a few years working alongside superheroes, she did product design at Russ Berrie. Now, she works as a freelance illustrator and designer from the comfort of her home (in fuzzy slippers) ... with her daughter and puppy Baxter Blue Cheese by her side! |
