It uses a simplistic template that has fields for the data of the panic attack, duration, and possible triggers, if known. Much of the page will be dedicated to describing not what caused the attack, but what made it better. In addition, the main motif of our journal is a checkbox that the user checks after each panic attack has subsided - the text next to the box says "Did you survive a panic attack?" It is not a medical or therapy tool. |
