Contributor Bio(s): Neri, Randy: - Randy Neri, a twenty-eight year veteran of law enforcement, is an experienced Forensic Crime Scene Specialist. He began his law enforcement career on the East Coast. DEA trained, he worked undercover as a narcotics officer charged with drug interdiction. Moving west, he continued his career as a patrol officer. Combining his experience at three police departments, he shifted his focus to crime scene investigation. For twenty-one years, he attended numerous forensic related schools, developing court certified expertise in the specific disciplines of Crime Scene Documentation and Evidence Collection and Processing, Blood Spatter Interpretation, Latent Print Processing and Identification, and Crime Scene Reconstruction. The police department's composite sketch artist, Randy's sketches resulted in several arrests. He attended hundreds of autopsies, working with the forensic pathologist to identify and preserve vital evidence. Through his work, he conducted forensic tests and interviews with three serial killers and a mass murderer.
