About the Illustrator: Pierre Mallais is a combat engineer and has served twenty-seven years in the Canadian Armed Forces. He has participated in several domestic disaster relief operations and has deployed on six overseas operations including two tours in Afghanistan. He lives in St. Albert, Alberta, with his wife Lee and two sons, Daniel and Micheal. |
