Publisher Description:

This is a reflection guide for teenagers 15+ and adults who stutter. This guide can be used individually or in speech therapy with the support of a speech language pathologist. An accumulation of my twenty years in the stuttering community combined with my education in Human Relations has narrowed my focus to the most important reflections for a person who stutters to lessen the power stuttering has over their lives. Consider this book a guided journal towards acceptance, empowerment, and freedom.
