Contributor Bio(s): Shapow, Nathan: - Nathan Shapow was born in Riga in the years of the Free Latvian Republic and survived various camps including Birkenau and Stuthoff. After the war he went to Palestine where he fought for the creation of Israel. He died on 25th June 2019 aged ninety-six. |
