| Publisher Description: A Tilted View is a collection of poems some funny, some thoughtful, based on my view of the world and issues that are important to me. Some poems I wrote between the ages of 18 and 21, as a music student in the 70s. The others were written this year, 2018. I very much enjoyed writing them and I hope you enjoy reading them. |
Contributor Bio(s): McDermott, Lis: - Lis spent 34 years working in music education, latterly as a schools adviser and OFSTED inspector, before leaving education in 2008 to set up her own photography business. She co-wrote a series of books to support the classroom music curriculum. Lis lives in Royal Wootton Bassett with her husband Conrad, with whom she shares a love of music and films. |
