Publisher Description:
A mutation in the most recent generation has allowed for a small portion of the population to be able to produce Personal Anti-Gravity Energy (PAGE) manifesting as the abilities of flight and superhuman strength. These abilities are uniform among all known mutants, better known as Supers, with the exception of Nicholas "Sparky" Franklin who also has electrical abilities as well. Arguably, Sparky is the most powerful person in the world but he and his fellow Supers don't act like it, they just live ordinary lives in the military and civilian police forces, fighting crime, both ordinary and regarding Supers that do step out of line. There is a reason the Supers behave like this, it's because they know the secret that they and the government are keeping, that there is a third form of the mutation, with power greater and more dangerous than the public deserves to know about. The Supers have seen this power, they have fought it and contained it, and if even one of them breaks free, even Sparky will need a team to stop the destruction that would ensue.
