Contributor Bio(s): Rutherford, Leo: - Leo Rutherford started his life as an engineer. After more than a decade in a stressful job as managing director of a manufacturing company, he made the break which led him to California and an MA in Holistic Psychology and then back to England where he now lives and runs Eagle's Wing, a centre for contemporary Shamanism. He teaches Shamanic practice including the wisdom of the medicine wheel, Shamanic journeying and trance-dance, healing the inner child, sweatlodge, visionquest and other ceremonies, dance and playfulness. Leo has authored many books including 'Shamanic Path Workbook, ' 'The View through the Medicine Wheel, ' 'Principles of Shamanism' and 'Spirituality versus religion.' |
