Contributor Bio(s): Botsford, Julia: - Julia Botsford is Research and Evaluation Admiral Nurse at Dementia UK. After a degree in History and Philosophy, Julia trained as a general and mental health nurse. Early on in her career she made a decision to work within dementia care. Since then she has held a number of different posts, both in clinical practice and education. Until April 2015 she was Senior Admiral Nurse at Barnet, Enfield and Haringey NHS Trust. She completed a PhD at Northumbria University in 2011 and is currently visiting Clinical Associate Professor (Mental Health with a focus on dementia) at Middlesex University. |
