Contributor Bio(s): Chase, Mike: - Mike Chase has taught and directed physical theater, mime, and mask at drama colleges and universities for more than thirty years. He established the Mask Studio in the mid-1990s to develop masks for training, education, performance, and therapy. These masks are used internationally by theaters and theater companies, including in the UK the RSC, the National Theatre, LAMDA, Trestle Theatre, the Welsh National Opera, and Told by an Idiot. Mike works as a psychodrama psychotherapist in a high-security prison with violent offenders, using masks and psychodrama. |
