Publisher Description: This unique book brings to life the creation of a new exhibit at the New Mexico Museum of Natural History. How did approximately 100 people go about creating a museum exhibit hall on the Triassic Period of earth history, its fossil record, and the lessons about biodiversity it teaches? Jaenet Guggenheim and Dr. Spencer Lucas worked on this book together. Through words and photographs, Jaenet has captured the complex process by which a natural history museum built a totally unique exhibit hall devoted to a critical juncture in the history of life. |
