In that role she has been called by Josie Byzek of New Mobility Magazine ""the best MS writer on the web."" - Julie has her doctorate in International Disease Control and Prevention from Johns Hopkins University Bloomberg School of Public Health, two Masters from Columbia University, one from the Columbia University School of Public Health in International Population and Family Health Specialization the other from Columbia University School of International and Public Affairs in Human Rights and International Law/Soviet Studies Specializations. - In 1993 she co-founded one of the first non-governmental AIDS/HIV organizations in Russia.
