Publisher Description:

Agatha's entire family perished in a terrible flood when she was only twelve. Now at age fifteen, she's the sole housekeeper for Hawk Hill Manse. Soon she will be married off to Santer, a half-warlock -- and also the man who murdered her family.

When Agatha learns that her brother Malcolm may still be alive, she slips away in the night to search for him. But powerful magic and fantastic beasts are soon tracking her every move. Archer, a wise but arrogant gyrfalcon, is her guide throughout her dangerous quest.

Will the twins find each other? Will they reclaim Hawk Hill?

Tangled in Magic, Book 1 of the Karakesh Chronicles, is an action-packed adventure filled with dangerous magic, talking beasts, powerful warlocks, and an epic finale that will stay with you long after you've read the final page.
