Publisher Description:
Ever wanted all your adventures locked in one place? Jump on the bandwagon of your wanderlust and record everything in your personal travel diary, to be passed it down to the next generation so they could enjoy reading where their parents and grandparents wandered. Let's make it easier for you, and here are the whole nine yards of how to go about it as far as visiting Golden Gate Bridge, San Francisco, California is concerned. So, what is personal Travel Journal? A personal travel journal is a significant reminiscence of all your adventures, saga, records, fairy- tales, stories, memories and discoveries that you may experience throughout your travels. This personal travel journal is your own personal space that's solely owned by you, it's entirely up to you to pick and choose what you want to compose, draft and all you decide to add to it. A few years later, you'd want to recall the memories you made, and you'd have it all safe and sound in your personal journal. It doesn't have to be a very luxurious journal, it could just be a notebook, the exterior appearance doesn't matter, but the interior content is what matters. But a significant point to be noted is that it should be sturdy enough to hold up and now shatter into pieces. It's preferred that the bottom is flat so it's easy to write on whenever, wherever. Rest the colors and decorations are dependent on your decision. It needs to be to the point so that it remains interesting even for you. Long paragraphs, excessive details, and lengthy essays will make it slightly boring. You can create an index, or small sticky notes and label the city or county so if you ever want to show someone else or even re-read yourself, it won't take you hours to figure out where what lies. The index is a very handy tool. So how would you begin? What would you start with? First and foremost, most importantly the "itinerary". Let's define itinerary: itinerary is your entire route/plan penned down. This includes entirely all the details of the places you visit, you could also add people along with photos to make it a more substantial memory. Make lists, to-do lists, bucket lists, people to see, things to do etc. etc. As you go along your journey, mark your favorite bits, for e.g., the best food you had, or the most beautiful place you went to, the scenes that were breath-taking, people you met and so on. Along with this, try scrapping everything. Tickets, receipts, anything you found in the country's local language, any particular food or drinks you had (the labels), you can staple or stick them and have an evident memory for you to look at. You can even illustrate your content to make it even more amusing and entertaining. You do not need to necessarily have the talent of drawing, a good camera would do, or even your phone camera. You can google up settings and end up with fantastic pictures. One of the paramount rules, is to make sure your journal isn't monotonous. The details should be just enough that cover the highlights, if you go in depth with what all you did, it will become tedious and too lengthy. It's your travel journal that you'd want to cherish and preserve, so don't make it banausic. It needs to be full of life and intriguing. Everything doesn't need to be listed, you can leave out lots as there would be lots you'd put in. The contents don't need to be in proper order or very well composed, it should be full of your passion and joy that you explore as you go although pages have been inserted for most of your traveling thoughts and likely experiences. The ball is in your court, the Golden Gate VISITOURNAL is your personal diary, do as you please and make most of it to let your memories of the marvel persist
