Publisher Description:
It is truly an honor, privilege and opportunity to bring about such a needed cultural publication as within this very humble attempt at bringing this information forward. Being from an ancestry of and a present descendant myself of that same culture, it is certainly relative to have something to say that will possibly encourage other individuals like me to continue surviving through life's daily challenges. Even during my life time, so much has been done to sway the image of those individuals designated as being Black Folks as some of my own experiences have reflected as I bear witness. Be that systematic or otherwise, this has proven to be and is a very serious reality in some instances. It could be easier to further turn my head and not particularly deal with many of the present day ills associated with this thought. However, it seem more fitting to deal with it in as a wiser way as possible in an attempt to encourage others to keep it going and be relative to their own daily survival experiences in life. Some areas of focus relative to this thought of what black folks should know about black folks may be identified within the context of the following questions:1.What is the mission or intention of bringing forward this publication entitled - What black folks should know about black folks?2.What are some of the earliest places where black and blackness are believed to have come from?3.Can information be brought forward about Black Folks being connected to divinity and higher spirituality?4.Are there examples of higher prioritized focuses on the concept of peace in any community of Black Folks?5.Was and is there any classical language relative to Black Folks and their survival?6.Are there any relative fact finding information about some of the present misleading information regarding Black Folks and their culture that has been made available?7.What are some primary resources to the evidence about the information on Black Folks?8.Are there any examples of Black Folks having respectable positions as law enforcement personnel, military or bodyguards from an earlier ancient perspective that could be possibly looked upon as a more favorable strategy?9.Were there any instances about Black Folks being in excellent leadership positions and doing important work within the community in general?10.What are some approaches or strategies to survival that Black Folks can utilize presently that can be learned from past times?11.Where do Black Folks come from?12.Is there any present evidence that would reinforce the thought of what Black Folks should know about Black Folks? With this thought process in mind, I offer this publication as humbly that I know how in that regard at this particular point. Thanks for your interest in this publication and I certainly hope that it is relative to your pursuits regarding a more meaningful cultural expression of those realities involving Black Folks and their continuing favorable impact to society relative to information that can be useful as strategies today.
