Over the last few decades assessment of world sanitation status as well as its adverse consequences of poor sanitation on human life from different corners of the world, at heart it can be recognized by all walks of life the true significance of practicing sustainable sanitation in life. Therefore, in order to give proper importance of sanitation accessibility to all and terrific risk factors both for human beings as well as environment, the United Nations Millennium Development Goals (MDGs) sets the target of halving the percentage of people without safe water and basic sanitation by the year 2015, and now a biggest national priority for Bangladesh as well. And this work provides well and truly a field base scenario of sanitation status and it's not half impact under different perspectives on slum dwellers in Khulna city, Bangladesh and elaborately pictorial appraisal of ongoing and past sanitation management interventions. Furthermore, this study recommends chalking out and planning of fail-safe fundamental sustainable sanitation aspects prior or at the designing stage of the management in consultation as well as direct participation of the focus community "Slum dweller".
