Therefore this paper deals with the question how an assessment center should be organised to maximize the qualitative decisions made by the committee. Literature research is the base of this thesis work progress and leads to the final results of this assignment. The main focus lies on the phenomenon"groupthink" and the "common knowledge" effect. |
