A surgical procedure in two steps is presented for plastic surgery of Waardenburgs Syndrome (Ptosis, Blepharophimosis, Epican- thus). In the first step the epicanthus, blepharo- phimosis and telecanthus is corrected. In a second session a transcutaneous levatorresection is per- formed and if necessary scars of previous proce- dures will be excised. The early diagnosis and therapy of motility disorders and of ametropia is crucial for these patients. Abb. 4.
