The book contains information of a biographical nature of the Minister of Internal Affairs, previously unpublished and unknown to a wider audience, as well as a list of references on which pages reflected career government officials, led by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia. The authors sought an open mind and as fully as possible to compile a wealth of information about the history of the ministry as a pillar of the history of our country. This sketch is made at the initiative of the Minister of Internal Affairs, J germeister DS Sinyagina. The material for the essay were mainly original case, stored in the archives of the Ministry of Interior, Police Department, and others.
