In its beginnings, the order for payment procedure arises from the Roman and Germanic procedural law, spreading to several European countries such as Italy, France, Spain, among other Latin American countries, promoting its use. This new procedure adopted by our legislation in the General Organic Code of Processes is considered an effective and efficient tool used by several legal professionals. |
