Dr Nayed details his vision for Libya and the importance of Libyan-Russian relations. Contributor Bio(s): Nayed, Aref Ali: - Aref Ali Nayed is Chairman of Kalam Research &Media (KRM), the Libya Institute for Advanced Studies (LIAS), and was former Ambassador of Libya to the UAE. He has lectured on Islamic Theology, Logic, and Spirituality at the Uthman Pasha Madrasa in Tripoli, Libya, and was former Professor at the Pontifical Institute for Arabic and Islamic Studies (Rome) and the International Institute for Islamic Thought and Civilization (Malaysia). His works include Radical Engagements (2017); Vatican Engagements (2016); Operational Hermeneutics (2011); Growing Ecologies of Peace, Compassion and Blessing: A Muslim Response to 'AMuscatManifesto' (2010), and essays and monographs
