Contributor Bio(s): Curti, Marta: - Ever since she was a little girl, Marta Curti loved to write. As a child growing up in Los Angeles, California she spent a lot of time writing poetry, stories and songs. She wrote her first book for children when she was studying Creative Writing at Pepperdine University. After graduating with an MA in Education, she went on to work as a teacher, an environmental educator and a biologist. She currently works for a conservation organization that protects birds of prey and she also leads birdwatching tours around the world. Through all her jobs and travels, Marta has never stopped writing. Her works to date:Catala Borrego, Sergio: - Sergio Catalá Borrego was born in Madrid in 1976 and has a degree in fine arts from the University of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, Spain, where he resides. Throughout his career he has exhibited in different galleries in Madrid, Valencia and the Canary Islands. He currently teaches various courses in drawing and painting in the capital of Gran Canaria. |
