Publisher Description:

Are you having a hard time getting your daughter to follow your directions? As a teacher, you have to shout to the class so that they pay attention to you and your students follow the basic rules of coexistence? Do you lose your temper too often in the daunting task of educating?

If these and similar questions are troubling you, this handbook is designed to help and share knowledge and positive experiences. It's aim is to transform an education against our daughters and sons or daughters, by an education for them.

We will delve into the unfathomable mysteries of challenging behaviour. We will explore the deep roots in poor lands of affection and emotion, yet tanned with much personal unease and a feeling of unworthiness living.

It is our responsibility to educate our sons and daughters, and in part, your students if you are a teacher, as a delegated parent. Sure, you are already doing well, but you can always improve yourself by empowering your strength to make education more effective and powerful, with less personal and emotional burnout. It is possible to recover the satisfaction of being able to accompany new generations and host them to a world to discover.

What I propose is a trip inside our minds to discover how you interact with your daughter or student. A process of personal growth and maturation that only can be done by diving into the innermost preconscious and secrets of our thoughts. Evolving as people would be a drive of change. We will discover how interaction is a superpower that we often overlook and we'll learn how to use it in the best way to educate.

This handbook will provide you with ideas, resources, and strategies for better managing the affections and behaviours of those in your care. It is aimed at educators of girls and boys of any age, who have negative, provocative and challenging behaviours. These girls and boys put us in extreme situations and cause many negative feelings of helplessness and frustration. We often come to question our worth and our self-concept as educators and as individuals. At times, our couple relationship or our job as a teacher may be jeopardized. We need to be aware that the main tool for change is ourselves. We have the strength to make our daughters evolution positively.

Evolve in what direction? I'm talking about MENTAL HEALTH. Empowering one's emotional, controlling and self-management skills will result in greater resilience, which means a greater ability to cope with life's challenges successfully, without becoming bogged, or sinking into the abyss of mental illness. During this long journey, we will all "win" and become more savvy.

In this book, I compile the contributions of psychology, neuroscience and the extensive experience as a parent, psychologist and teacher with children with the described features.
