About the Author
Lawrence Trautman is an Associate Professor of Business Law and Ethics at Prairie View A&M University, a serial entrepreneur (responsible for about a dozen start-ups), and a professional corporate director (30-something previous boards). He has particular experience in the areas of corporate governance, investment banking, law and capital formation. Trautman held numerous corporate directorships in industries as dairy processing, financial services, franchising and fast food, mortgage baking, publishing, software and information technology, oil & gas, and others.
