Publisher Description:
LEADERSHIP CHALLENGE AND SOLUTIONS.This Book " THE RETURN OF THE LIVING DEAD" or the other way around " THE COME BACK OF THE DEAD LIVING" is all about dealing with the come back of the crafty and cunning characters and 8 biblical times evil spirits that tried to attack God's ordained leadership in History and failed. And how they are trying this same move in the church of Jesus Christ today and all circles of leadership in general. This book contains information how to identify these 8 spirits in any leadership level and how to handle them. It also contains tools not just on how to identfy them but how to deal with each particular spirit so that you may not be a victim to be used by them or to conquer in all your leadership endevours. In this book iam dealing with renown spirits behind characters who caused havov to leadership like Absalom, Korah, Balaam, Jazebel just to mention a few.Though these characters are dead long now, but the spirits that used them to challenge leadership are still living embodied in their name as well known spirit characters eg Jazebel, as the spirit of Jazebel, Balaam as the spirit of balaam which even our Lord Jesus Christ mensioned in the book of reveration 2:20.These spirits are now using new vessels against leadership at all levels both in the church and the secure world. This book is not only needed in the church its a must read for every believer to avoid being used by them, but also for church leaders equally so they may identify and deal with these spirits.i will look at things like why it is difficult to deal with the spirit of Absalom, reasons like: (1) Many people Absalom has netted in, He has emotionally attached to them through relationships they have built.(2)Absalom is nice, lovable, and popular. Everyone loved Absalom (even David) (3)To deal with absalom appears as unloving. The only way to deal with him is to cut him off. Had David not let him back into the kingdom he would not have had a problem. Most of the times those who operate in the spirit of Absalom will leave the church out of rebellion but will still want to be part in fellowship. "We are still part of the kingdom of God even if we are not part of the church is their spiritual reasoning." The logic sounds good, but the past history and the fact that they are causing division are the indicators that their true motives are not fellowship.(4)It appears as if the pastor/leadership is paranoid.(5)Nothing the pastor or leadership does for Absalom is good enough. Even if Absalom's ideas are implemented, they never are still not good enough.(6)Absalom has a hidden agenda. His motives were not known until they manifested, and it is too late. You know where you stand with Jezebel and Korah but with Absalom he is sneaky he does things behind your back. These are just some of the details and appetisers on how far i will go in this book on each each of the 8 spirit in such a detail you have never seen . Like on the spirit that attacked Aaron and Miriam, i will teach things that will make you avoid it like: -Make mention of your head and senior often. Whenever you are speaking, preaching, or counseling, make favorable references to him. You are actually an ambassador representing him.Genuinely admire your Head and praise him often. If you do not admire him, you should not be working with him in the first place Introduce your head in an exciting way and make positive or complimentary remarks about everything that he has preached. Make statements like, "I was really blessed today by this message", or "That message was timely."Do not become a receiver of complaints. If your office is a Centre for discussion of the shortcomings of your pastor, surely, another Absalom is in the making. You must find genuine excuses for any lapses in the head. Everybody makes mistakes, and nobody is always right. Your senior will have his fair share of mistakes. There is alot in this book to lean indeed so get it and read it own your own copy
