Publisher Description: Tommy Ley is writing about America's final chapter, just before a new beginning, as stage one history is finally ending. Revelations of Tommy Freedom Fighter explores humility. Whenever one feels small, for whatever reason, be grateful for an honest attitude, looking at what is great. This is important, considering those mindful few humble servants, who serve the bigger picture. "Freedom's Threshold" shows one small step into the blue. Authentic Freedom depends upon what? Being True! About the Author Author Tommy Ley was born in Yakima, Washington. He was educated throughout the United States: Michigan, Florida, New Mexico, Colorado, and Idaho. He returned to Washington state and attended the University of Washington, Seattle, graduating in 1981 with a Bachelor of Arts in Native Communications, General Studies, Arts and Sciences. His father is of German, English, Irish, Scots ancestry. His mother was from the Colville tribe with Canadian Shuswap bloodlines. Ley attended four years of yoga collage in Kamloops, British Columbia, and was active in the Northwest native canoe resurgence, participating in the First North American Ocean-going canoe expedition in 1976 from Lapush, Washington to Neah Bay, Washington for the Bi-Centennial Birthday of the United States. Ley participated in a second expedition 17 years later during the Bella Bella Canoe Celebrations, a gathering of the people of the canoe nation. |
