Dustin J. Nickell has been an artist for as long as he can remember, winning multiple art contests while growing up in Houston, Texas. He went on to study animation at the Advanced Technology Center in Denton, Texas; and later 3D modeling, and traditional art at Full Sail University in Orlando, Florida. After school, Nickell completed various projects for companies, such as Universal Studios and Coca-Cola, and is now employed as a full-time concept artist and illustrator for Old World Studios, LLC.

Nickell, Ronnie W.: -

Ronnie W. Nickell was born in Tulsa, Oklahoma. At one month old, his family moved to Texas. He was raised in Midland, Texas, and has worked in the oil field for forty-five years. In addition to writing a children's book, R. W. is an avid craftsman who enjoys working with native Texas cedar, as well as other natural resources.
