Publisher Description:
Listen. Feel. Stand Tall. Grow Steady. Hang loose. Say "HELLO" to your body.

Stand tall like a mountain.

Stretch high into the sky.

You are brave and strong.

You see the world in a different way.

Inspire your little ones to feel their best with yoga techniques perfectly calibrated for young learners. Simple prompts like, "Say 'HELLO' to your body" and "Curve like a cat" invite children to practice connecting with their body. Gentle guides including "Listen to the sounds you make" and "Feel your breath make a gentle breeze" encourage babies to practice stillness and introspection by listening to their breathing.

With sturdy pages filled with bright, friendly illustrations, this book encourages children to listen and tune into their own movements. Your little yogi can even practice by themselves, well before they can read on their own

From Starry Forest Books, Baby's Big World introduces babies to big concepts--everything from rocket science to music--for the very first time.
