Publisher Description:

Like every leprechaun before him, Fergus needs a Rainbow to hide his gold. But when he oversleeps and arrives late to pick out his Rainbow at the Annual Rainbow Celebration, Fergus finds that all of the Rainbows are gone. All except for one, that is- one very different from the others.

But through the Last Rainbow Fergus learns that sometimes what makes us different is the very thing that make us special. That sometimes, our weaknesses can actually be our strengths. And through the Last Rainbow Fergus learns the value of acceptance, and that true friendship can be found in the most extraordinary places.

Come join this amiable little leprechaun on his quest to find The Last Rainbow.

Contributor Bio(s): Featherbottom, Professor: - Professor featherbottom was born and raised on a small, uncharted island formed thousands of years ago during the eruption of an ancient volcano in the far, far reaches of the South Pacific Ocean. lt was here in this now sleepy volcano that he learned to draw by sketching the many exotic birds and animals that soon came to see him as a trusted friend and protector. He learned to understand their sounds and their language and, through them, he learned to care for all creatures. Here he was raised by his mother, the last of a noble and peaceful race that once graced these remote volcanic islands, on the stories and lessons passed down to her over countless generations by her people. When he grew up he left this island paradise to bring these stories and the lessons of his childhood to the world.
