She is a food/nutrition instructor at Briarwood College, as well as a biology and anatomy/physiology instructor at Hillyer College. She was recently admitted into the Ph.D. program at the University of Connecticut in the field of nutrition. She is an expert co-author, with Eve Adamson and Deborah S.
