Publisher Description: This book grew out my frustration with the word Soul. The word Soul is so Ghostly unique that it is often ignored. In my counseling with troubled people, I had the need for a much more specific and concrete identity that felt real. Consequently, I went back to the Bible: "And the Lord God formed man of the dust of the earth and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life and man became a living Soul." Thus God created man finite and infinite. Because Man comes equipped with nerves, he is aware of a human body which is very real in our day to day living. Man lives out his finite life until his eyes close in death. God gave us a Soul (Infinite Self). The idea of Soul seems so unreal that it is easy to forget its implications for our daily living. Infinite Self seeks recognition through our perception system . If we listen it grows like our finite self grows. At death, Infinite Self returns to our Creator. This book answers the role of the Infinite Self in our lives |
